Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

At this time, Time & Pages ships within the United States only.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging every order to help ensure it arrives safely.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and its original packaging. We'll gladly work with you to make it right.
