Digital Products – All Sales Final

All products sold through www.timeandpages.co are instant digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital files:

No physical items will be shipped.
All sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand this policy and agree to these terms.

Eligibility for Refunds (Limited Exceptions)

Refunds are generally not provided unless one of the following applies:

You were accidentally charged more than once for the same product.
You purchased a duplicate item in error (and can provide proof).
You received a defective or corrupted file that we are unable to replace after verification.

If you experience an issue that falls into these categories, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at timeandpagesco@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Technical Support

We do not provide technical support for opening or using digital files. Please ensure you have the appropriate software to download and use the product before purchasing. If you have trouble accessing your file, we will gladly resend the download link within 14 days of purchase.

Unauthorized Use or File Sharing

All digital products are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or transferred to others. Unauthorized distribution is a violation of copyright law and will result in legal action.
