Are your products digital or physical?
All of our products are instant digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.
How do I download my purchase?
Once your payment is complete, you will receive an email with a secure download link. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
What software do I need to use your products?
Our planners and printables are delivered as PDF files, which can be opened using Adobe Acrobat Reader (free to download). Digital planners are compatible with apps like GoodNotes and Notability (sold separately).
Can I share or resell your products?
No. All products are for personal use only. You may not resell, share, or redistribute files in any form.
Do you provide technical support?
Technical support is not included, but we are happy to resend your files if you have trouble accessing them.
How do discount codes work?
Only one discount code can be applied per order and cannot be reused unless otherwise stated.
I didn’t receive my download link. What should I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, email us at timeandpagesco@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll resend it.
Do you offer custom or personalized products?
At this time, we do not offer custom designs, but we may offer personalization options in the future.
